Helpful Paypal Info - Refund Fees

I had heard this was going to happen and actually saw it first hand this week. Paypal is now charging refund fees so be aware of that when you receive a refund from a merchant. This is Paypal and not the merchant so please do not get angry with the merchant. The merchant has no control  over this.
