Free Pocket Size Tissue Holder Tutorial

Watch the Youtube video link for this class: http://youtu.be/zCiB44pHRu8. Written instructions are below.

Supplies

Cut (3) 3 ½" x 5 ½" sections

Embellishments of your choice (buttons, ribbon, lace, etc.)

Directions
Fold two of the 3 ½" x 5 ½" sections into 1 ¾" x 5 ½" sections. Finger press the fold.

Add ribbon, lace or applique to the folded pieces as desired.

Sew the 1 ¾" x 5 ½" sections to the remaining 3 ½" x 5 ½" section so that the pressed areas are touching. Sew all raw edges with right sides together. Use ¼" seam allowance.
Lay unfolded piece right side up.

Lay folded pieces right side down (right side is the side with embellishments) on top of the unfolded piece. Folds should be touching. Sew pieces together.
Zigzag the raw edges to reduce fraying.
Turn right side out and add any buttons or other embellishments.
Place tissue packet inside. If the packet opens from the top, cut a slit lengthwise down the center of the packet so the tissues will pull through the opening of the cover correctly. Or simply remove the tissues from the packet and place directly inside the cover.

Have a nice day!
